Happy Tuesday! Guess what this is???? Look close. It is called Buddah's Hand. it is in the lemon family. There is no doubt in my mind when you want a lot of zest that this is the very best way to go.. You know how I told you that I did a lemon zest for Thanksgiving Turkey? Well, this is the best most incredible was to get "zest". Hard to find, but try the more upscale stores.. and if they don't have it ask them to get it.. really great stuff..
